MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL ADVISOR

BASIC PURPOSE:
The Maintenance Support Engineer shall provide technical support to COPI offshore oil and gas installations operating in the Natuna Sea. Primarily responsible for providing Electrical expertise including Heating ventilating Air Conditioning, performing reliability analysis, fault finding and mentoring to the Offshore Electrical maintenance team.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:

Ability to Technical Degree (BSc or MSc in applicable Engineering discipline) or Technical Diploma level (D3/D4)

10 years experience in Electrical Maintenance and Operation preferably in the offshore Oil and Gas industry. A working knowledge of Gas Turbines (RR Avons, RB211’s ) centrifugal gas compressors, pumps and motors would be an advantage. Should be knowledgeable in offshore production operations and maintenance of equipment as well as logistics and planning.

Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

WARRANTY COORDINATOR

BASIC PURPOSE:

This position is to provide proper documentation with high technical English writing as required to be attached in the system or equipment warranty claim process.

Involve in developing proper documentation of equipment history record to get clear path forward whether Ops repair or project or vendors warranty issues whenever defect occurred.

Utilize this position as a development opportunity to learn Engineering & Operational requirements through all phases of the project up to Operations start-up.

Support & Implement the Eastern Hub Operations & Maintenance Philosophy.

Be an active member and participant of the Project Management Team.

Actively participate to define Root Cause Failure of any defect parts or equipment since Commissioning through Start-Up and handover of Projects to Operations.

Surat lamaran yang baik

Ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam membuat surat lamaran yang baik, yaitu sebagai berikut:

* Impresif.

Tampilkan jati diri kita secara menarik. Isi surat hendaknya dapat memunculkan kesan simpatik, tidak terlalu arogan tetapi juga tidak terlalu merendah.

* Menarik minat calon atasan.

Kesan pertama sangat penting. Usahakan untuk menyusun surat yang ketika seseorang mulai membacanya, akan langsung tertarik untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut seperti apakah kriteria kita

* Menyebutkan kualifikasi yang diraih.

Prestasi kerja maupun pengalaman yang sukses harus disebutkan, untuk menunjukkan bahwa kita mempunyai prestasi dan pengalaman yang patut dipertimbangkan.

* Menggunakan bahasa yang enak dibaca, ringkas dan padat.

Gunakan bahasa yang sederhana dan ringkas. Kita mempunyai kesempatan untuk menjabarkan semuanya dalam kesempatan wawancara. Untuk saat ini, buatlah penjelasan yang singkat tetapi efektif.

* Kalimat yang efektif.

Hindari kalimat yang tidak efektif, kalimat yang diulang-ulang tanpa alasan, ejaan yang salah, maupun penggunaan tata bahasa yang buruk. Yang sering terjadi adalah penggunaan kata keterangan yang berulang-ulang, atau kata sambung yang berulang-ulang, yang menyebabkan kalimat terasa janggal, yang persis seperti kalimat yang sedang anda baca saat ini, yang menggunakan kata sambung ‘yang’ secara berulang-ulang dan berlebihan.

* Bahasa Indonesia saja

Jika tidak diminta, hindari penggunaan bahasa Inggris, terutama jika kemampuan bahasa Inggris kita kurang baik. Jika bahasa Inggris kita bagus, boleh saja membuat surat lamaran berbahasa Inggris, yang tentu saja merupakan sebuah ‘nilai plus’ bagi kita.

* Tujuan dan alasan melamar.

Cantumkan tujuan dan alasan kita melamar. Biasanya tujuan yang sering disebutkan dalam surat lamaran adalah bahwa kita mempunyai kemampuan dan pengalaman yang memadai dalam bidang pekerjaan tertentu, dan dengan bergabungnya kita ke suatu perusahaan akan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi perusahaan tersebut.

* Kerapihan.

Gunakan kertas yang bagus, bersih dan rapih, tidak kusut, tidak tebal dan tidak mudah terkoyak. Jangan menulis atau mencetak dengan tinta yang terlalu tipis agar surat lamaran mudah dibaca, dan hindari penggunaan tippex.

* Tulis tangan atau komputer?

Lebih baik menggunakan komputer, kecuali perusahaan yang kita tuju mensyaratkan agar surat lamaran ditulis dengan tangan. Agar diperoleh kualitas tulisan yang setara dengan kualitas tulisan dari mesin cetak, sebaiknya gunakan printer inkjet atau laser, dan hindari penggunaan printer dot matrix karena akan memberi kesan kita orang yang tertinggal dalam hal teknologi. Gunakan jenis font standar, seperti Times New Roman untuk memberi kesan formal.
